Workshops

We can work on a larger project, like making gnocchi from scratch, making a pesto from scratch, or preparing an artichoke lasagna for you to take home and bake later on. Some of these options we can eat right there, others you will take home to cook.

  A Meal

We can plan a menu that we can make and eat right away. We will figure out what you want to learn to make, as well as what you feel like eating!  Timing is important, as is your taste!

Marcello

I have lived all over the world, and I now live in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

During my travels, I have met people from every walk of life and all different cultures. Many of those people have become lifelong friends of mine.

Some of the most important relationships in my life grew out of a mutual love of food. Cooking, like so many other creative pursuits, brings people together and allows them to connect. When we eat together with others, we end up sharing of ourselves, finding kinship, and ultimately building community. It just happens! 

I try to find magic in life’s simple pleasures. For me, the true essence of good food lies in simplicity — quality ingredients, the joy of creating, being surrounded by friends, and eating what you love.
